HOKR's first product was a wood protection product against wood-destroying insects, fungi and mold called ČERVOSTOP®. The situation, when such a product was missing on the market at the time, and the fact that the Czechs, as is known, are a nation of cottagers and cottagers who repair and improve their buildings on weekends and holidays, might not in itself be enough for the success of the new company's first product. A strategic step was the broadcasting of an advertisement for this product in the then popular TV show  of legendary Přemek Podlaha "Receptář nejen na neděli - Recipe book not only for Sunday", specifically episode 115 broadcasted on 25/05/1991. After the broadcast of this episode, the first turning point in the path to success occurred. Telephone and written orders they just poured in, they were first from private individuals, later the drugstores and small goods wholesalers with a sales network in the Chechia and Slovakia began to speak up. And the merry-go-round of the first worries started, where and how to produce a larger quantity of this product, how to distribute it, how to finance the material and the first necessary investments. The beginnings of the production and distribution of ČERVOSTOP® were truly pioneering. The temporary premises of the barn of the parents of one of the partners at the time had to be sufficient for production, and the first packaging and delivery of the product on cash on delivery was organized from what was originally a children's room in the apartment of the other partner. The first direct sale of ČERVOSTOP® was realized from a small camping table in Pernerova Street in Pardubice, where at that time there was a small market.

But then the development continued and there was a gradual and uninterrupted development of HOKR for 30 years. The portfolio of chemical products of the company was gradually expanded, and thus the first division - the Chemistry Division - was created. The company first launched a whole range of its own products on the market. To them, the company gradually added products taken over, which it packaged in retail packaging. These were NPK fertilizer, Cererit fertilizer, bitter salt, potassium salt, ammonium salt and calcium salt, potassium sulfate, as well as alum and rosin, technical alcohol, water glass, blue and green shale, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, road salt, from food products the famous Vitacit and citric acid.

In 1993, the production and assembly of windows and doors from plastic profiles of the Belgian company Deceuninck was added to chemical and food products, and expanded to include winter gardens and plastic cladding for interiors and exteriors. In 1996, the production and assembly of similar products from aluminum profiles by the German company Reynolds Aluminum Systems was added. In 2000, the company completed the portfolio of these products and added the offer of wooden Euro windows. Other types of profiles with which the company worked were successively plastic profiles from the Brugmann company with the K-line system, suitable for the renovation of windows in panel houses, aluminum profiles from ALCOA, KAWNEER, HUECK. It logically followed the project and engineering activities in construction, which completed the comprehensive program of the second Construction Division. The beautiful, often technically very demanding buildings that the team of workers of this division managed to realize are the best reference.

Since 1994, the wholesale trade of industrial mineral fertilizers also began to develop, which gradually took over the leading position in the company in terms of turnover and profitability. established a wholesale trade with agricultural commodities and later with chemical preparations for plant treatment, followed by the purchase of business shares in the distribution stages and in primary production.
