Flexitank

FLEXITANK for storage of liquid fertilizer UAN or UAS is designed for multiple use. Ecologically friendly materials have been designed to withstand the entire period of use, both the demanding external conditions during outdoor storage and the chemical action of the fertilizer itself.

The FLEXITANK is easy to operate - see the instructions for installation and storage of the flexitank - when, after unpacking from the transport box and laying it out on a pre-cleaned surface, it can be immediately filled and put into operation by connecting to the inlet hose.

FLEXITANK is supplied together with a holding tank and thus meets all the legislative requirements given by Decree 274/1998 Coll., on the storage and use of fertilizers.

For our customers, flexitanks with a volume of 23 m³ / 27 m³ are delivered as standard, which can accommodate one road tank truck of fertilizer with a reserve (23 m³ corresponds to approximately 30 tons, 27 m3 corresponds to approximately 35 tons of UAN fertilizer). If required, it can also be supplied in other dimensions in the range of 3 – 50 m³.

Basic information:

• Outer cover – polypropylene fabric;
• Inner packaging – polyethylene film;
• Inlet/outlet valve in the upper or lower part - with CamLock 2" or 3" connection;
• The possibility of connecting several flexitanks into a complete system.

Other possibilities of use:

• Animal feeding;
• Storage of molasses, liquid fertilizers;
• Irrigation (vegetables, vineyards).
